Larry
Gallner
President
Larry
has been working with cutting edge audio and video technologies
for 30 years. He started in sales at Tech Hi-Fi and quickly
moved into store management. He then moved to Hi-Fi House
stores. Seeing the growing importance of video to his customers,
he helped start Pro Video Sales Company, a division of Hi-Fi
House.
After
the success of Pro Video Sales, Larry decided to partner
with Dan Smedile Sr. who was running an a/v service and
integration company. Together they formed Total Video Products
in 1989. Larry is actively involved in all facets of the
current business and is well known as someone who gets things
done. In fact, people have remarked: "If it plugs in
or runs on batteries call Larry." In his spare time,
Larry enjoys spending time with his family and traveling.
He is an award-winning tennis player and enters Pro-Am tournaments
whenever he can.

Robert
Celenza
General Manager
Robert's
business career started as an entry level person in one
of the largest travel wholesale companies in the Tri-State
area to Caribbean destinations and worked his way up through
the ranks to become General Manager, Vice President then
President. Successfully built his company through the 90's
based on an increased level of customer service. Was acquired
in 1999 and became an executive in one of the largest travel
wholesale companies in the country.
In
this position, Mr. Celenza has full day-to-day operational
and directional responsibilities for Total Video Products.
Robert enjoys spending time at the shore with his family.
Three children keep him busy as a father, coach and playmate.
Likes to take his kids fishing, kayaking, skiing and all
the crazy things boys like to do. Personally likes to spend
time golfing, fishing and relaxing on the beach.

Lenny Digangi
Sales Manager
Lenny
comes to TVP with over 28 years of sales and management
experience in the professional audio and musical equipment
industry.
In 1976 he started
working with local construction companies and was rapidly
promoted to job foreman and then to construction manager.
Starting in 1980 working for The Music Place Lenny began
selling and designing sound and musical systems for local
and regional band and entertainment groups. In 1989 he was
named Co-Manager with responsibilities including buildings
and grounds, Studio Manager in addition to starting a pro
sound installation division. In 1998 he joined Russo Music
Center to form Russo Pro Systems and remain there till joining
TVP as Sales Manager. Lenny is responsible for the sales,
marketing, manufactures reps, and sales training. Also he
is a certified programmer for Crown IQ and BSS Soundweb.
In his spare time,
Lenny enjoys fishing and boating with his family and friends
and a big auto racing fan. He is a member of InfoComm, AES
and NSCA.

Joe
Blanch
Operations Manager
Joe joined
TVP in October 2003 with over 22 years of experience in
the A/V industry. He started as an outside salesman for
Visual Sound, Inc. and quickly worked his way up to Sales
& Marketing Manager. He then was promoted to Operations
Manager.
Joe
received a BS in Art and Design from Philadelphia University.
He has continued his education through various A/V industry
training courses including ICIA seminars, AMX System Design
class and AMX Programming I. In his spare time, Joe enjoys
gardening, biking and home improvement projects. He also
expresses his musical talent through playing his acoustic
guitar. Joe claims to be a Master Brewer combining various
ingredients to yield a fine batch of Ale or Stout.

Leo
Hughes, CPA
Controller
Leo
brings 23 years of experience to TVP. He was a Sr. Accountant
at Woodward & Dickenson (now ConAgra, Inc.) before becoming
Controller for Helm Fertilizer Corporation. After 5 years
with Helm, Leo worked as a consultant. He then became controller
of Sbars Inc., a distributor of arts & crafts supplies.
In January 2001, Leo joined Total Video Products.
Leo
holds a BA in Accounting from LaSalle University. He is
a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA) and The Institute of Managerial Accountants (IMA).
Leo is very involved in the community: when he's not refereeing
football games, you might find him helping out with the
Boy Scouts or Little League.

Kevin
Corson
Installation Manager
Kevin
has been working with electronics since 1980. He started
as a Mechanical Contractor, in charge of the installation
and maintenance of mechanical and electrically controlled
systems in the Tri-County area. He attended R.E.T.S Electronics
Institute where he received an Associates Degree in Specialized
Electronic Technology. He started at TVP in 1994 as a bench
technician and quickly showed his ability to handle larger
responsibilities, including installations. His detail-oriented
nature naturally led him to project management and in 1998
he was promoted to Head of Installation.
Kevin
holds many certifications including CTS and C.E.T. He has
also received certifications from AMX (System Design and
Installation, Beginners Programming) and Crestron (SIMPL
Programming, System Design, Beginners Programming). He is
a member of ICIA and NSCA.

Russell
C. Lynch
Quality Assurance Manager
Russell
joined TVP in June, 2005 after 5 years with ProCom Systems.
During 18 years with Mobil Research & Development, Russell
was a computer operator, shipper, union officer, and negotiator,
before becoming Audio Visual Coordinator in 1994, responsible
for the purchase, maintenance, and training of management
and staff in the effective use of AV technology. He was
also a member of the Quality Team that achieved ISO9000
certification for Mobil R&D.
Russell became
an associate member of the ICIA in 1995, achieved CTS certification
in 1998, and completed the advanced certification of CTS-D
in 2000. He was elected a member of the ICIA Professional
Education and Training Committee (PETC) in 1998 where he
is active as a Certification Sub-Committee member and an
evaluator for Infocomm training. As a Synergetic Audio Concepts
(SynAudCon) member and Media Matrix specialist, he used
his skills to complete several projects in the casino industry
and also achieve customer goals and expectations. As Quality
Assurance Manager, he specializes in final setup, acceptance,
training and documentation, of large design-build and consultant
specified installations. His customer perspective provides
TVP with a unique ability to attain client satisfaction
and comfort with their new technology.
Rusty is a
local bay and ocean fisherman, and a musician who occasionally
does studio work on bass and pedal steel guitar.

Eric Westfield, CTS
System Design Engineer Manager
Eric is a systems design engineer for our audio visual division and leads our CAD team. Eric plays a critical role in the engineering process and has done so for many of Total Video Products largest and most high profile projects. With over 20 years of industry experience, Eric's knowledge of audio, video and design includes a wide range from small to large audio/visual systems, teleconference systems and live events. He has implemented and managed the engineering of audio/visual and design/build systems. Eric attended school at Widener University, Pennco Technical Institute and Camden County College. He has earned the designation of Certified Technology Specialist (CTS) by the International Communications Industries Association (ICIA) as well as a master in computer technologies from Brainbench, Inc.
Eric spends his spare time with his children as well as tinkering with auto-mechanics, computers, musical instruments and officiating at football fields.

George
Hahn
Systems Design Engineer
George
began working in the Audio/Visual industry in 1968 as a
Television
Studio Technician at RCA. The following 30 years he was
involved with
systems installation and engineering with 2 leading progressive
Audio/Visual
integrators.
Just
prior to joining TVP, George was on staff at a large Audio/Visual
consulting firm designing custom Audio/Visual systems for
New Jersey
Education, Digital Television Studio Systems, large venue
presentation
systems and corporate boardroom facilities.
While
George is away from work, he is involved in his local community
as a
member of the Zoning/Planning Board, Sewer Authority and
is a Volunteer
Firefighter.

Mark Brasch
Project Manager
Mark brings twenty years of professional A/V experience to the TVP team. The
last seventeen years he specialized in custom system design and integration and
is considered in the indusrty, one of the leading authorities of videowall and
large screen displays. Mark has a strong background in digital signage and
system control.
He attended Devry Technical Institute and holds numerous certifications from
various manufactures. He is both an AMX and Crestron programmer.
He is an avid golfer and spends his off hours either out on the links or serving
as President and Lieutenant of his volunteer fire company.
